Silvano is Co-Founder of BLB, Italian law firm with offices in Milan, Rome and Shenzhen (China). Silvano is based in Milan but often he works on international matters especially involving the Chinese Guangdong office. He assists both companies and banks, under various profiles also as a consultant for governance bodies of important multinational corporations based in Italy. He is an arbitrator for the National and International Arbitration Chamber of Milan and for Shenzhen Arbitration Commission. Silvano has contributed to build the BLB international service platform which offers services in USA, Europe, China mainland and Hong Kong at the utmost expertise. He is very interested in technology, crypto currencies and software development in connection with the professional activity.
