Two new ambassadors were appointed in February 2022: With the nomination of Przemysław Barchan representing Poland and Henrik Wehrs representing Germany, the European Legal Technology Association was able to further consolidate its Ambassador network.

Przemyslaw Barchan is a member of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunication, the Blockchain and New Technologies Chamber of Commerce, the Informatization Commission of the Polish General Bar Association, the Legal Tech Institute of the Polish General Bar Association. He is a lecturer at postgraduate studies on LegalTech and innovations on legal market at SWPS

As Allen & Overy’s Legal Tech Manager for Continental Europe Henrik Wehrs is responsible for legal tech projects in that region. He co-founded the legal tech startup streamlaw and several other companies. He is lecturer and mentor at different German universities for legal tech, digitalisation and innovation. He is co-organizer of Legal Hackers Frankfurt and member of Liquid Legal Institute.
ELTA Ambassadors are a group of well-connected Legal Tech pioneers from all over Europe and beyond, who volunteer to act as “swinging doors” between their country or region and the international level of ELTA. In addition to the regional Ambassadors, the group also comprises Ambassadors representing sectors and interest groups in the legal market at a European level.
